  1. These holidays are to be chosen from the pre-booked availability lists (Weekly Available Stock), which will be updated every week, and which is available for your perusal at Anytime Holiday reservations can only be selected from said pre-booked lists.

    No specific requests - not contained on said lists - can be entertained. Once a holiday reservation has been made and confirmed it can under no circumstances be cancelled or changed. It would however be possible to transfer your reservation into the name of any other person you nominate.

  2. Reservations are reserved subject to availability on a first come first served basis.

  3. Validity of the holiday booking made is always subject to current membership to The Holiday Club at the time of utilising such booking; otherwise such reservation will be forfeited.

  4. Any fees incurred by you for the use of amenities at the resort, or additional services at the resort, are determined and collected by the individual resort. You are also responsible for the payment of any additional expenses incurred while occupying the unit, including any damage, theft, or loss caused by you or your guests. You may sometimes be required to pay a refundable breakage deposit.

  5. The said booking fee is payable before accommodation may be confirmed, or placed on hold.

  6. The reservation may not be cancelled.

  7. The Confirmation Letter contains further terms and conditions of occupying the unit.
